About me
My passion for working with children began at a young age, and after qualifying as a teacher with QTS in 2016, I spent seven years teaching across primary schools, where I developed a deep understanding of how to engage and inspire young learners.
In recent years, I felt ready for a new challenge and wanted to further my ability to support children, particularly in light of the growing mental health concerns following the pandemic. This led me to pursue a career in play therapy. In 2023, I became a Certified Therapeutic Play Practitioner, and I’m currently working towards completing my Diploma to become a fully qualified play therapist by 2025.
I am fully registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and am GDPR compliant. I hold Public Liability insurance and am accountable to Play Therapy UK (PTUK).
You can find me on the PSA-accredited Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists below.
